Not-pop Girl

She's baaaaaaaack. Didn't think you could get rid of her that easily, did you? So, I started this picture telling my mom a wanted to draw a punk chick.

My mom looked at the sketch and told me, "If you want her to be punk, she'll need a lot of piercings and more skulls." Disliking that idea, I told her I'd just make her a rocker. Later mom looked at it and said, "That's not rock. Rockers have leather, tattoos and metal spikes. Duh." So I started to get pissed, and by the time I was done and mom was bugging me, "Whatcha drawin' now?"

-I snapped, "A not-pop character!"

Dorky story. Anyway, this was way fun. Punk fashion is awesome to draw. I needs a hobby...
