Whatta title. Let's hope the admins let me keep it all. 
This demands explanation. "Akihabara" is a district in Tokyo famous for its electronics. From toasters to cameras to Nintendo; Akihabara is the international heart of cutting edge technology. "Genkidai" means "electric city." It's a nickname for Akihabara. "Hana" is the word for "flower." Alltogether, the title translates to "Akihabara-Flower of the Electric City." Pretty, neh?
I have no idea who this girl is. Perhaps she lives in Japan...
But I don't know. Also, she looks disturbingly like Nausicaa. Let's call her La Nausicinaa! (That's a Spanish diminuative for "Nausicaa." Duh.) La Nausicinaa has a stuffed bunny and likes electronics. That's all I know, honest.

I just realized something... more than a year after I drew this, it occurred to me that the title "Genkidai" is incorrect. The Japanese nickname for Akihabara is pronounced "Denkigai." Curse my dyslexia!
